These steps are steps that helped me learn Telekinesis.You may use these steps if you want but here they are.


1.Meditate,use a meditation called Transforming Meditations,get in the Lotus position or the Criss Cross position,were you remove all your thoughts from your mind and take long deep breaths and inhale from your nose and hold it for one or two second and exhale for long and be aware of your breathing and remove your thoughts from your mind,do this for twenty to thirty minutes a day.

2.Sensing Energy, A method-
Step One- Relax. Do whatever you do to relax yourself, even if it's just a few deep breaths. If it relaxes you, do it. Once you are relaxed, close your eyes.(Please note, your eyes should remain closed throughout the entire session of practicing feeling energy.)
Step Two- Visualize a mist of energy surrounding your body. Give it color to make it more realistic, I normally use a deep blue-like color. The point of visualizing the energy is, since you normally don't see energy with your eyes, you want to give yourself a reference point on what the energy is like. Making it more realistic, easier to accept the truth of what you are able to do.
Step Three- Have the mist of energy float and move around you. Energy is not static unless you make it static, it is like a living, breathing, being. It moves, shifts, and changes. 
Step Four- Now pull the energy into your body. Have it move into your body whatever way you like. It can slowly float into your body, or just keep outside of your body, but start flowing through your body, in and out. After a few seconds, you should begin to feel something.
Because everyone has different thoughts, feelings, urges, motivations, and impressions about their life, energy is going to feel different for everyone. But it will feel out of the ordinary, you will know when you start feeling energy.
Step Four- Release the energy out of your body once you've gotten your fill of feeling energy at the moment. Just visualize the energy flow back outside of your body and back to where you pulled it from. Then slowly end the visualization.
Step Five- Practice. If that method works for you, do it daily, whenever you have free time as well. If it didn't work, try again later, or find another metod and try it. You can use create your own method if you wish. You want to make sensing energy second nature.Do this for five to ten minutes a day.

3.Grab a pen that is round and perfect for your status,use your subconscious mind and tell it which way you want the object to move,keep the image in your head of how you want it to move,it works because you want it to work,then focus,concentrate,and visualize the object moving,since you are so focused since you just meditated a little bit ago,then visualize energy of your mind flowing like waves and see (visualize) the pen rolling,also release your energy out of you and to the pen,so visualize energy that you just gathered coming out of your arms and to the object.Do this for twenty to thirty minutes a day.


Then after one month of practice,stop with the energy sensing method and now it's time to gather and release energy.

2.Now sit down and close your eyes and think of where you want to take energy from,and remember science has proven that everything is made out of energy,you,me,and everything.So visualize the energy coming out of where you want to take it from,and visualize floating into your body and visualize it flowing up your arms and other parts of your body,and then open your eyes.Do this for five to ten minutes a day.



3.Grab a pen that is round and perfect for your status,use your subconscious mind and tell it which way you want the object to move,keep the image in your head of how you want it to move,it works because you want it to work,then focus,concentrate,and visualize the object moving,since you are so focused since you just meditated a little bit ago,then visualize energy of your mind flowing like waves and see (visualize) the pen rolling,also release your energy out of you and to the pen,so visualize energy that you just gathered coming out of your arms and to the object.Do this for twenty to thirty minutes a day.


These are steps created by me,that I used to learn Telekinesis.Try to avoid negative comments and opinions from people or even yourself.If anyone says what your doing is fake it impossible,or anything negative to you,I strongly advise you to STAY away from them,because they are rather trying to control you,instead of helping you!Have fun,and report to me on your accomplishments.
