So this excercise is a very easy excercise that you can achieve really easily.Well you are going to need a straw so if you went to a fastfood or a restaurant the kind of straws they have there are maye not even a ounce.So the props needed are a straw and a quiet room to work in. Meditate for thirty minutes and remove all the thoughts from your mind and take deep-breaths.Then grab a straw and visualize your energy connecting with the straws energy cellular level.Also push your energy to the straw and before you know it it will be moving by YOU.Good luck:-)
